This listing is for 2 sets of two belts for Hoover Concept, PowerMax, Dial-A-Matic, PowerDrive Self Propelled Vacuum Cleaners.
This is a one year supple of vacuum cleaner belts. Both of the belts should be changed every 6 months for proper performance
This is for two sets of two belts. Install one of each belt on your vacuum and keep the other set to install in 6 months to maintain peak operating conditions.
One belt runs the transmission and the other belt drives the brush-roll agitator.

To keep your Hoover Concept working at it's best to remove soils from your carpets both of these belts should be changed twice a year. These are stretch belts and must be stretched to install on the vacuum cleaner. After a few months the belts will start to lose elasticity and will start to slip. Do not wait until your belts break or squeak to change them. In the whole scheme of things belts are very inexpensive and very easy to replace. Spending a few extra bucks to replace your belts twice a year will add years to the life of your carpets and flooring. Failure to replace your vacuum belts can cost you hundreds or even thousands of dollars because your expensive carpets and flooring wears out much sooner than it should.
WHY do vacuum belts NEED Changed if they're not broken? It's hard to get a new vacuum belt on because it is much shorter than the old belt. Every day your belt looses elacsticity (think of a 2 inch rubber band that you stretch to 4 inches and leave it that way for a few months) Even if your vacuum has never been turned on the belt is stretching and loosing elasticity as you read this. Every single day it doesn't work quite as well as the day before. It will still pick up hair and light dust but can't agitate the heavy sandy, gritty soils to the surface of the carpet fibers to be sucked out of the fibers. After 6 months the brush-roll really starts to slow down. It may even stop spinning completely when the vacuum cleaner nozzle is lowered onto the carpet.
