Fits many Hoover Windtunnel BAGLESS upright vacuum cleaners, but NOT ALL. If you're not sure it will fit your vacuum please contact us with your model number. 

On some models this filter is under a plastic cover that is underneath the dirt cup. Remove the screw to remove the cover to be able to remove the filter. Some models have this filter directly under the dirt cup without the plastic cover as shown in one photo. 

This filter keeps dirt and debris from being drawn into the motor. Replace this filter frequently, especially if it starts to look dirty, to prolong the life of your vacuum cleaner's motor.
